Is anything too hard for the Lord? At the appointed time I will return to you, according to the time of life, and Sarah shall have a son. (Gen.18:14)

I ask you a question this day. Is anything too hard for the Lord? The Psalmist states that there is nothing too difficult for God! I have learned the answer to this question first hand through affliction and fire. The answer is NO! There is nothing too hard for the Lord.

We question God so many times when we go through trials and then we question His ability to deliver us. Does the clay tell the potter how to mold it? Do we tell God how to do things? As we walk through this journey of salvation we must take comfort in knowing that Father knows best and His will is being perfected in us. Truly, is anything too hard for the Lord?

We must also keep in mind that there is an appointed time for all things. God’s timing may not be our timing and that is where faith enters into the picture. Our faith will carry us through the waiting period until the promise is seen in the natural. God has given us all a measure of faith and the more we exercise our faith, the stronger it becomes.

Father God we adore You and we give our desires and longings over to You to do with it what You will.

The answers we are looking for are not many times the answers that God has for us. His ways are higher than ours. Trust Him through your waiting period and place all your cares upon Him while your faith rises to the occasion to carry you through until the appointed time!
