For you shall not go out with haste, nor go by flight; for the Lord will go before you,and the God of Israel will be your rear guard. (Isa.52:12)

We are not to meet the enemy in battle with anxiety! God promises His saints that He will go before us and protect our backs. He is the Beginning and the End, the Alpha and Omega, the First and the Last. Remember that the Angel of the Lord encamps round about those who fear Him. He was a cloud by day to protect the Israelites from sun and heat and a pillar of fire at night for light and warmth. He is our protector and the Lover of our soul. Jesus is all we need and He will never leave us nor forsake us. Be still and know that He is God. 

In facing the giants that are standing before you, know that God has given you His own Spirit that dwells inside of you. You have the very spiritual DNA of Jesus Himself. Do not fear for He is with you and He will see you through your battle. When we forget who is for us, we tend to lose hope. Once we realize that the greater One lives in us, we can do valiantly.  Fight on no matter what the road ahead looks like and walk in your victory as He is your rear guard!
