That our sons may be as plants grown up in their youth, that our daughters may be as pillars sculptured in palace style. That our barns may be full supplying all kinds of produce, that our sheep may bring forth thousands and ten thousands in our fields, that our oxen may be well laden, that there be no breaking in or going out, that there be no outcry in our streets. Happy are those people who are in such a state; happy are those people whose God is the Lord! (Psalm 144:12-15)
When we have the Lord as our Captain of Hosts, we are assured of victory in war and also times of peaceful existence. It is God who causes us to triumph! It’s not by might nor by power but by My Spirit says the Lord. The battle belongs to the Lord but He makes us to fight through Him. If we submit to God and resist the devil, he will flee! God is not like man that He should lie, what His Word was sent to do, It shall accomplish. It will not return void. What we are seeing happening in our country today is a direct consequence of us as a nation turning away from God. We have sanctioned abortion, we have agreed with sexual deviance and perversion, we have turned against Israel, we have removed prayer from our schools. We are calling good, evil and evil, good.
We can not expect to turn away from God as a nation and expect to enjoy His blessings. The comfort we have is His mercy for His word says,”If My people, who are called by My name, would humble themselves and pray and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven and heal their land.” I have seen this scripture work and take action in my own life and I know God’s word and intention for America is great. Oh if America would repent and cry out to God, how a great change would happen, how a great out pouring of God’s Spirit would not just calm the storm, but reestablish this nation to levels never seen before.
Many years ago I had a vision. In the vision I saw dark, black storm clouds over the entire earth. The storm clouds seemed to evaporate over the U.S.A and Canada showing that the darkness was having trouble forming over the North American continent, but it was slowly creeping into the Americas to envelop them. God was telling me that the entire world was to see terrible times as never before but that North America was being protected because of the honor that was shown to God by these nations over the years. He showed me that slowly His hand was being removed from protecting North America because of its sin against Him. I was so sad, but He said,”there is only one way of escape”, and in saying that I was reminded again of the scripture that “If My people who are called by My name………
God has been warning western civilization to shape up. He has been leaving us room to repent from our wicked ways, but our leaders are shaking their fist at God and trying to fix the problems by legislation and progressive government. Government can not fix the problems we have, only Jesus can fix the problems we have.
Pray that God would rise up God fearing, just leaders in the days ahead who speak the truth of God’s word, so that righteousness would be restored to our land. He is near to the righteous and He hears the prayers of those who are in obedience to Him. Cry out saints and watch the mighty hand of God do a miracle like never before! He is faithful!
