But now in Christ Jesus you who once were far off have been brought near by the blood of Christ. (Ephesians 2:13)

When we were not in Christ Jesus, we were apart from God and lost. Being known by Jesus gives us access to the Father, there is no other way to the Father but through Jesus Christ, His only begotten Son. What a sense of love and awesome sacrifice comes to realization when we recognize and understand what Jesus did for us, even when we were so far from Him. 

God’s love is truly amazing and when we have a strong relationship with Him, all else fades. Every problem, every situation becomes so small in God’s presence. His might and love are overwhelming. His grace beyond compare. No one is a friend like Jesus. All the enemies that we once ran from out of fear, are now the enemies that now run from us because of the power of God in our lives. Enemies such as fear, sickness, poverty, loneliness, sorrow, anxiety and depression just to name a few.

We have been brought near to God through the powerful, life changing blood of Jesus Christ. Seek Him like never before, worship Him in the beauty of His holiness. Adore His name and cherish His presence. We are living in exciting times and we will see an out pouring of God’s Spirit like history has never experienced. We are blessed to be chosen to usher in this great move of God and we must always walk in humility and keep in mind that it is His blood that makes us worthy to be part of His great family!
