We are redeemed from the curse, because Jesus carried my sicknesses and diseases in His body on the cross. By His stripes we are healed. I forbid any sickness or disease to operate in my body. Every organ and every tissue of my body must function in the perfection in which God created it to function. I honor God and bring glory to Him in my body. (Mat.8:17,1Pet.2:24,1Cor.6:20,Isa.53:4-5)
Confession is a great tool we have to enforce God’s word. If we confess Jesus, we are saved. If we confess our sins, we are forgiven. Just because Jesus died on the cross doesn’t mean the whole world has entrance to heaven, we have to act on what He did and receive it. Just because God forgave all the sins of the world on the cross doesn’t mean that everyone is blameless, we have to act on what He did and confess and repent from our sins for He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and cleanse us from all unrighteousness. The same goes for healing. By His stripes we are healed, so why are huge amounts of Christians sick? One of the reasons is that we fail to confess and believe and receive God’s word on healing. There may also be a generational curse of infirmity that needs to be broken through deliverance or there may be sin in a persons life that needs to be confessed. A true Christian desires to be free from sin, not sin freely!
Some people deal with sickness in their lives, for the glory of God. In the word there was a person who needed healing and Jesus said that his sickness was not unto death but for the glory of God. Whatever it is, I know out of experience from being healed from a multitude of diseases that confessing God’s word and being in agreement with Him and staying away from anything that displeases Him, opens the door to blessings, favor and healing. The bottom line is to have a pure heart before God and seek Him. Start today to truly learn and understand the power of confession. Confession is not a religious duty, but rather a cleansing of the heart and mind.
Confession is good for the soul!
