When an unclean spirit goes out of a person he goes through dry places, seeking rest and finds none. Then he says,” I will return to my house from which I came”, and when he comes he finds it empty, swept, and put in order. Then he goes and takes with him seven other more wicked than himself, and they enter and dwell there;and the last state of that man is worse than the first. (Matthew 12:43,44,45)
Jesus said that deliverance is the children’s bread, in other words deliverance from evil spirits is for those who know, believe and follow Jesus. Therefore, Christians can and do have evil spirits that need to be cast out. As stated above, if an evil spirit is cast out of a person who does not know Jesus or has no understanding how to close the door by which that spirit came in, then that spirit will go and call on seven more worse and twisted than itself an re-enter the persons soul and that person will be in much worse a condition than before.
In order to be free from your enemy, you need to know who your enemy is. We need to target our declarative warfare. If you are dealing with a recurring sin in your life that you can’t seem to break free from, it is most likely demonic. Deliverance was purchased for us on the cross of Calvary. The Lord is bringing back to the Church one of the most powerful necessities, deliverance ministry.
The body of Christ has placed the process of deliverance as a passe’ thing. So many many look at it as crazy or for those “few” who need it. Every single Believer needs to go through deliverance once they choose to follow Jesus. The enemy will hold onto whatever he can in our lives until we evict him, which is what Jesus did when He cast out demons. 33 1/3% of Jesus’ ministry was casting out demons. Freedom and deliverance ministries are popping up and teaming up with churches to set people free. This gift from God is a tool to empower and liberate us to walk in the end time anointing that God is pouring out. Don’t miss out through not believing. Jesus is the only One who can free a soul and deliverance is the children’s bread!
