In this you greatly rejoice, though now for a little while, if need be, you have been grieved by various trials. (1Peter 1:6)

I want to encourage you today by letting you know that whatever hardships you are going through, you are not alone. The enemy is attacking those who he sees as a threat to his kingdom because he knows his time is short. Recognize that what is being revealed to the body of Christ about deliverance is upsetting the kingdom of darkness. Your trial you are facing right now will be the very thing that gets you to your needed destination.

Sometimes when you take a step forward, before you can even enjoy your victory, there seems to be another battle to fight. Ephesians 6:12 tells us that our battles are not against humans, but against principalities and powers and rulers of spiritual wickedness in heavenly places. We are fighting demons and they work through people.

We must mean business when fighting the enemy, this is no war for pacifists. Keep fighting, be strong and be of good courage, don’t give up now. Engage the fight because God has already given you the victory. We overcome Satan by the blood of the Lamb, by the word of our testimony and not loving our lives to the death. If you are being grieved by various trials know that this will work patience in you.

The greatest comfort in this warfare is knowing that God’s Spirit dwells within us to empower us to war on. We are not left helpless but rather we are empowered and filled by God Himself to fight, endure and win the battles we face no matter what they are. Be encouraged and do not give up. Quitters never win and winners never quit! 

Fight on brothers and sisters and endure hardships!
