He Will Instruct You

I will instruct you on the way you should go, I will guide you with my eyes. (Psalm 32:8)

When I first started my ministry, I was instructed by a word from the Lord. He did not give me the whole plan of how the ministry would develop or how it was going to unfold. The first step was for me to trust the word of the Lord just like Abraham did. Many times we hear a word from the Lord and it seems to be an impossibilty. If we look through natural eyes we will see all the problems and obstacles in our way, if we look through the eyes of faith we will see what God sees.

Many years later, my ministry is blossoming because of the favor of God. Much labor has gone into the ministry but I have learned that a day of favor is greater than a lifetime of labor. I believe that God is saying to you today to trust Him and do not live in tomorrow. Tomorrow will take care of itself. If you are not present in the here and now then you can not do what I have called you to do. The Lord gives might to those that have none and to them He also increases strength.

Whatever destiny God has planned for you will be worked out by your trust in Him. God will send people who act as scaffolding for what you need to do and then when their part is done, the scaffolding comes down. When the scaffolding is down there will be standing strong and tall, the very design that God had planned for your life. The process of building up that design has many difficult days attached to it, many redrawings of the blue print and many opportunities for you to grow in character and wisdom. Keep in mind  that no matter who God brings to help you that you are the one who gave birth to the destiny God has placed within you. No destiny has two mothers. Only one person can give birth to a baby. Many others will have strong opinions and direction for your destiny, but keep in mind that it is your destiny. Do not allow anyone to raise the baby God has given to you. Don’t give your destiny away for others to run with it. Everyone has their own part in God’s Kingdom and we all have our “spiritual baby” to raise.

If you are searching for your way, find it in Him for He alone is the Way, the Truth and the Life. We have all we need in Jesus and He has great plans for you. Lean on His understanding and trust Him with your whole heart. He is a Father to the fatherless and a friend to all. God says to you this day that He will instruct you. Only believe.
